Yesterday, our middle school students hosted an amazing Market Day for the younger students school-wide. The middle school students learned about marketing, consumer demand, and pricing. Thank you to Mrs. Fee for organizing a great event!

Colfax Elementary students competed against their teachers in the Streamer Relay at this morning's Bulldog Blast.

Kindergartners in Mr. Larsh's class had a blast measuring parts of the playground with cutouts of their own feet. The students measured different objects and recorded the measurements in their field notebooks. Look at that engagement and learning!

Dear Colfax Families,
Last Tuesday, our Facilities Master Plan Steering Committee met for the first of three workshops to begin the process of identifying and prioritizing future campus and classroom improvements. I want to thank our staff, parents, and administration for their engagement, creativity, and commitment to this important project. Our Steering Committee is actively seeking feedback from all of our families and community members. In the lobby at the entrance of Colfax Elementary, we have posted two large maps of the school campus. Everyone is welcome to stop by the school office between now and February 7th, to add Post-It notes to the maps with your suggestions for campus improvements. Your suggestions will be greatly appreciated and will help to ensure that we have a state of the art school facility that reflects the educational needs of our students in the 21st century.
Thank you!
