CESD provides more than just "food services". Our cafeteria staff provide well-balanced, nutritional meals, the basis for healthy growth and learning. A well-fed child is ready to learn!
Information and application for the Subsidized Student Meal Program are available beginning July 1 of each fiscal year by clicking the link below. Download, print, and submit completed applications to the school office. Applications are also available in the school office. Please allow ten days for processing your application. Letters of eligibility will be mailed to you. Applications may be submitted at any time during the school year.
In accordance with Federal civil rights law and U. S. To file a program complaint of discrimination, complete the USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form, (AD-3027) found online at http://www.ascr.usda.gov/complaint_filing_cust.html and at any USDA office, or write a letter addressed to USDA and provide in the letter all of the information requested in the form. To request a copy of the complaint form, call (866) 632-9992. Submit your completed complaint form or letter to USDA by:
