Through the combined efforts of Sutter Health and the Placer County Office of Education, the Colfax Elementary Wellness Center connects our students and our families to increased support services, a reduction in chronic absenteeism, and provides a higher level of support and care for the entire City of Colfax and the surrounding region. Our Wellness Center staff provide mental health and wellness services across a multi-tiered system of support which includes mental health training for staff, classroom lessons, individual and group counseling for students, crisis services for families, and referrals to community services.
